Service description
AlphaFounder is an AI agent service that generates investor updates, manages CRM pipelines, and automates founder follow-through. The service operates primarily through Discord and the alphafounder.ai website.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and Discord connection. One account per person.
Pricing and payment
AlphaFounder costs $9.99 per month with a 7-day free trial. Founding member pricing is locked in for the duration of your membership. Payments are processed through Stripe. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through Discord or by emailing support@alphafounder.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
AI-generated content
AlphaFounder generates investor updates, CRM entries, and other content using AI models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed before sharing. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated content before sending it to investors or other parties.
Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you provide to AlphaFounder. Content generated by the service based on your data is yours to use. We do not claim ownership of your data or generated content.
Limitation of liability
AlphaFounder is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate financial reporting, missed communications, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use AlphaFounder for fraudulent purposes, to generate misleading financial information, or to violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via Discord or email at least 30 days in advance.
